Steve Mann is Founder and Chairman of The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, The IMDT.

With a lifetime spent training dogs, Steve has trained and presented Seminars to Trainers & Behaviorists in over 20 countries, ranging from ‘Perfect puppy Foundations’ through to ‘Aggression & Rehabilitation’. With a strict Code Of practice The IMDT is a Membership Organisation for Trainers promoting ethical and science based dog training worldwide.

Steve has consulted on ‘all things canine’, from TV & Film, Security and Detection Dogs through to Prison programmes matching inmates with rescue dogs and promoting positive training and rehabilitation of all. TV appearances include: The Underdog Show, Pet Nation, Who Let The Dogs Out?, BBC Breakfast, The Paul O’Grady Show Loose Women.

With a personal interest in rescue dogs, Steve lives with seven ‘failed Fosters’!
